Hello and Welcome!

I am Katia Kolomyitseva- the owner and founder of Anyma Impact and an accredited Executive Coach, who has supported more than 60 team leaders and professionals across the globe in their personal and professional growth.

 

In 2022 I am privileged to have been able to support the UN Refugee Agency leaders who were helping Ukrainian people towards a safer life.

My interest lies at the intersection of human and organisational development, sustainability and health and you can see the list of organisations I have collaborated with here.

​

Infinitely curious and a life-long learner, I also bring a breadth of professional (15+ years with multinational organisations) and cultural experience, as well as systemic understanding of the complex ecosystems professionals typically find themselves in these VUCA (or some might say BANI) days.

​

Within a span of 23 years I have lived in 6 countries and have worked across 5 continents.

I am also a Qigong teacher, love photography and am currently living in the West of Ireland (Limerick) with my partner and our dog.
